Carer’s Emergency Card: Any carer living in the Dudley Borough who supports an adult can join a basic scheme wherever the person you care for lives. You will be given a card and key fob with a unique code number and a 24/7 365 days a year emergency telephone number. If you, the carer, have an emergency, the nominated people will be contacted and informed that their support is needed. Find out more and complete the application form on the Dudley Borough website.
